DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER:

shcent is pleased to offer free standard door-to-door delivery on orders that meet a minimum purchase requirement (available exclusively in Singapore). A fixed delivery cost for standard service will be applied to orders that fall below the stipulated minimum.

Local delivery is only available in Singapore.

  • If your order totals $50.00 or more, you are eligible for free delivery.
  • If your order is below $50.00, the delivery fee is $4.50 (inclusive of GST)

Qxpress should deliver your order within the next 3-5 business days. When the item is on its way to you, our delivery agent will text you to let you know. Delivery will be made at any time between 9am and 10pm, no preferred time windows are available.

It is important to ensure that there is someone available at the address you've selected to receive the delivery. In the event of a failed delivery attempt, our logistics partner will make up to two additional redelivery attempts at no extra cost. However, if the third attempt is unsuccessful, you will incur the standard delivery fee. Failure to make payment may lead to the cancellation of your order by shcent. In such cases, only the cost of the purchased items will be refunded, adhering to the previously outlined criteria. If you qualified for free delivery, you will receive notification accordingly.

Inability to Complete Delivery:

We will only proceed with contactless delivery to your doorstep once you've provided explicit instructions authorizing such contactless delivery. You can do this either by selecting the relevant option during the checkout process on our website or by directly instructing our logistics partner, in accordance with their policies.

If, after three unsuccessful delivery attempts, and for reasons beyond our control and that of our logistics partner, the order cannot be delivered, shcent will assume that you wish to cancel the order, and it will be terminated. As a result of this order cancellation, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding the applicable delivery charges.
